There's a TV ad running in the UK featuring a man who takes counterfeit drugs and then pulls a dead rat from his mouth. The message being that some counterfeit drugs contain rat poison.
It's my understanding that warfarin was developed as a rat poison but is now used as a prescription drug due to it's anticoagulant properties.
So, the message is don't buy counterfeiter's warfarin, buy ours!
