Turn it back into a power station of course!
For too long people in the big cities have been able to dump their energy generation eye-sores and pollution generators in the country side. Perhaps it's time to move the bulk of the generation closer to the bulk of the use. It might even encourage people to use less energy when they can see the power station right on their door-step.
Plus, it could be a CHP plant and provide heat and hot water to parts of central London.
