While I don't like the fact that companies, and in particular multi-national companies, play around with their operations to save tax but I'm not at all surprised.
While politicians bleat on about a lack of morals chances are company directors are required, by dint of their legal responsibilities to act in the shareholders best interests, to play these games.
The politicians need to change the laws of the game because that's their job and stop complaining that companies are reading the rule book in detail.
